What we collect, and why.
Audit My AI is a free assessment run by Fletching Vane. This page says plainly what happens to what you give us. Last updated September 23, 2026.
What we collect
- Sign-in identity. When you sign in with Google or an emailed link, our authentication provider (Supabase) stores your email address, or your phone number if you sign in that way. We never see your Google password.
- What you type into the questionnaire. Your name, organization, role, website, and your answers.
- Your public website. We read a few public pages of the site you give us — text, headings, and links — to ground your report. We do not sign in to anything, fill in forms, or read pages that are not public.
- The report itself, which is stored so you can come back to it.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies for anything other than keeping you signed in.
What we do with it
- Your answers and the text we read from your website are sent to Anthropic's Claude model to write the report. Anthropic processes that data to generate the response and does not use it to train models.
- Each submission sends one email to Matt Baker at Fletching Vane with your contact details, answers, and a link to the report. That email is the point of the free assessment: a real person sees that you showed up.
- Nothing is sold, syndicated, or shared with anyone else. You will not be added to a newsletter or a drip sequence.
Where it lives
Sign-in records and reports are stored with Supabase in the United States. The site is hosted on Vercel. Notification email is sent through Resend.
How long we keep it
Reports and answers are kept so you can return to them, and so Matt can follow up if you ask him to. Email hello@fletchingvane.com from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.
